About the Role:

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a proactive Office All Rounder to join our Head Office team in Roselands. Reporting directly to Senior Management, you will play a key role in supporting various departments across the business. This is a energetic, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Entry of accounts payable invoices
Raising purchase orders
Reconciliation of invoices/statements
Accurate processing and data entry of up to 150 invoices daily.
Attending to internal/external account enquiries




Developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to address trade related inquiries
Involvement in the end of month processes
Use of Microsoft Office Suite, in particular a focus on Word and Excel, including input of data and management of data.
