About the role:
Contribute to planning for upgrades, capital works, and operational improvements
Oversee maintenance, servicing, and repairs of a large, varied fleet.




Drive performance, team development, and operational excellence
Maintain accurate service records, schedules, and compliance documentation

What You Bring:
Qualified Mechanic with Diesel or Agricultural expericne
Strong skills in engines, hydraulics, electrics, transmissions, and diagnostics
Workshop leadership experience, mentoring, and team management
Solid understanding of WH&S; and compliance standards
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Manual driver's licence preferred
Bonus: experience in events, turf, or racing environments
