We're seeking an experienced Mining Supervisor to join a well-established mining operation in Western Australia. Reporting to the Mining Superintendent, you'll lead production crews, drive secure work practices and ensure daily mining targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily mining activities
Lead crews to achieve production and safety targets
Ensure compliance with site safety systems and procedures
Monitor operational performance and provide direction on shift
Liaise with maintenance, technical services and leadership teams
Conduct pre-starts, toolboxes and safety interactions
Coach and mentor operators and leading hands
About You
Previous experience as a Mining Supervisor, Production Supervisor,
Shift Supervisor.
Solid understanding of mining operations and production processes
Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership
Effective communication and people management skills
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Relevant statutory qualifications (desirable)
S26 Certificate
