Healthily’s core platform is GoShare Healthcare, a scalable digital engagement platform that enables efficient content sharing and tracking of patient engagement.
GoShare Voice was launched in 2023, enabling inbound and outbound AI-enabled phone calls with patients, addressing digital literacy and language barriers to patient communication.
Approximately 1.5m patients received resources via GoShare in FY26.
As an experienced tech support and customer service coordinator, you will be part of a supportive and growing team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure that they are well supported in their use of GoShare.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Supporting Healthily's customers and building strong relationships by providing excellent customer service and support.
Set-up and customisation of GoShare for current customers
Provide our customers with support as required
Running over-the-phone training sessions with new GoShare users
Maintenance of databases and spreadsheets
Technical problem solving
Mandatory Experience
Minimum 5 years experience in technical support and customer service in a health or technology company
Demonstrated experience in developing solid client relationships through effective communication
Strong technical skills
Solid verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities and and organise work within these priorities.
