Assist customers with mobile plans, devices, broadband, and accessories.
Meet individual and store sales targets.
Handle customer enquiries, billing issues, and account services.
Demonstrate and explain mobile phones and technology products.
Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
