About the Role
You'll provide technical leadership across critical Mainframe infrastructure, ensuring platform stability, performance, security and resilience while driving upgrades, automation and modernisation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Mainframe operations, upgrades and enhancements
Resolve complex technical issues and provide expert advice
Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and stakeholders
Mentor and develop technical team members
Skills &
Experience
Extensive experience in enterprise Mainframe environments
Strong knowledge of IBM z/OS and Mainframe infrastructure
Experience with technologies such as RACF, Db2, CICS, IMS, GDPS, DFSMS and z/OSMF
Knowledge of JCL, REXX, COBOL, Assembler and scripting languages
Robust leadership, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
