We’re now on the lookout for a passionate and driven Head Chef to help lead our kitchen and shape the future of our food offering.
The Role
This is a leadership role with real influence. You’ll guide our kitchen team, elevate our menu, and bring creativity and consistency to every plate that leaves the pass.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support daily kitchen operations
Maintain high standards of quality and consistency
Collaborate on seasonal menu development and specials
Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff
Uphold food safety and hygiene practices
Assist with stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
You’ll Bring:
3+ years’ experience in a fast-paced kitchen (Sous Chef /head chef experience ideal)
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
A passion for elevated pub-style food
Ability to thrive under pressure and work collaboratively
Ambition to grow into a full Head Chef role
