Air Dinkum Services is a locally owned business located in Orange NSW. Providing services across the Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical, Labour and Fleet Hire we are the Mining, Renewables, Commercial and Industrial specialists.

As our Company continues to grow we are now searching for a motivated and reliable Junior Administration Assistant to join our office team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in administration and gain valuable experience in a rapid-paced work environment where no two days are the same. This role is permanent full time (40 hours) Monday to Friday and is based in our office in Orange.

About the role

As a Junior Administration Assistant, you'll provide day-to-day support to our administration team while learning all aspects of office operations.

Your responsibility will include:
Accounts payable / receivable
Preparing documentation
Supporting HR and Payroll operations
Data Entry and maintaining accurate records
Greeting clients and answering calls
Assisting with management of registrations and vehicle compliance




Assisting with spare parts and mechanical team requirements
Office all-rounder

Has strong attention to detail
Has a keen interest in accounting and general administration
Is highly organised and eager to learn
Can work both independently and as part of a team
