Implementation Consultant – SaaS Delivery (Insurance Software)

Sydney CBD | Hybrid 2–3 days in office

Junior, Mid & Senior opportunities available A growing Australian insurtech is looking for Implementation Consultants to join a team delivering a configurable platform used by insurers across policy, claims, billing, and distribution.

This role sits between business requirements and technical delivery. You'll work directly with customers to configure workflows, business rules, data models, integrations, and platform logic to suit their environment.

The role combines business analysis, technical configuration, and client delivery. It's suited to people who enjoy solving problems, working with structured data and logic, and seeing solutions through from discovery to go-live.

You'll be involved in:
Running workshops and gathering requirements
Configuring workflows, rules, templates, and data models
Using SQL and scripting to tailor platform functionality
Supporting testing, integrations, and data migration
Working closely with Product and Engineering teams
Supporting customers through delivery and go-live

We're interested in people with:




A strong technical foundation in SQL, scripting, coding, or platform configuration
Experience working in SaaS, software vendors, or consulting environments
The ability to translate business requirements into working solutions
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience across Agile or hybrid delivery environments

Typical backgrounds might include:
Technical Business Analyst
Implementation Consultant
Software Consultant
Developer moving into delivery
Vendor-side platform specialist

Insurance experience is useful but not essential.
