Position: DNS L3 Engineer

Location: Sydney, NSW

Duration: 6 months

Key Expectations
Provide L3 support for the current DNS platform.
Work closely with customer SMEs to build domain knowledge and support ongoing operations.
Mentor and uplift the capabilities of the L1/L2 support teams through knowledge transfer, documentation, runbooks, and operational coaching.
Support the DNS setting within a shared-responsibility operating model.
F5 DNS expertise would be a strong advantage

, as the customer is also introducing F5 DNS capabilities.

Preferred Skills & Experience
Robust DNS administration and troubleshooting experience.
Expertise in Open-Source DNS platforms (e.g., BIND, Unbound, PowerDNS).
Experience in DNS architecture, operations, and service continuity.
Knowledge of F5 DNS/GTM (preferred).
Experience working in large-scale enterprise or telecom environments.
Solid documentation, knowledge transfer, and stakeholder management skills.
