Profectus is seeking expressions of interest from End User Compute (EUC) Engineers to support likely upcoming work within government. You will build, deploy, and support the end user environment, keeping devices, applications, and access reliable for the people who depend on them. These are likely to be Canberra-based roles supporting operational and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Build, configure, and deploy desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
Support and maintain the end user computing workplace across hardware and software
Manage device enrolment and endpoint policy through tools such as Microsoft Intune and SCCM
Package, test, and deploy applications and updates to managed devices
Resolve escalated Level 2 and Level 3 end user compute incidents
Support imaging, refresh, and rollout activities
Maintain configuration records and technical documentation

Required Experience
Proven experience in an End User Compute or desktop engineering role
Robust knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 in a managed environment




Experience with endpoint management tools such as Intune, SCCM, or Autopilot
Familiarity with application deployment and device imaging
Sound understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues to resolution

Desirable Experience
Prior experience within an Australian Government or similar secure environment
Scripting experience with PowerShell
Exposure to up-to-date device management and zero-touch provisioning
Relevant Microsoft certifications

Security Clearance Requirements
Must be an Australian Citizen
Active AGSVA Baseline security clearance required
