Seven Angels Care & Support Services is seeking an experienced and reliable Support Worker to provide full day‑to‑day assistance for an NDIS participant with severe mental disability. The role requires a high level of patience, professionalism, and the ability to manage personal care and daily living tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities
Daily living support — assisting with meals, hygiene, dressing, and routine activities
Personal care — showering, toileting, grooming, continence support
Medication assistance — following care plans and reporting concerns
Behavioural support — managing behaviours with calm, secure, and respectful approaches
Community access — appointments, outings, and social engagement
Record keeping — completing shift notes, incident reports, and communication logs
NDIS compliance — delivering supports according to the participant’s plan goals

Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years experience supporting clients with severe mental disability or complex needs
NDIS Worker Screening Check




First Aid & CPR
Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Solid communication, de‑escalation, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently and follow care plans accurately

Desirable
Certificate III/IV in Disability, Mental Health, or Community Services
Experience with high‑needs personal care
Training in trauma‑informed care or behaviour management
