Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar fencing or site‑supervision role
Physically fit and capable of manual labour
Able to lead small teams and maintain protected, productive work practices
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Experience with residential or commercial fencing preferred
