Location: Croudace Bay, NSW, Australia About the role Support adults living in CPA group homes to lead rich, independent and empowered lives. Your day‑to‑day may include:
Providing respectful support with personal care, mealtimes, medication, and daily routines
Encouraging skill‑building, independence, and decision‑making
Supporting community engagement, social connection and transport (including use of CPA vans)
Following person‑centred plans with empathy and professionalism What You’ll Bring - A passion for empowering people with disability
A can‑do attitude and growth mindset — you’re open to learning and ready to make a difference
NSW Driver’s Licence (P2 or above)
Physical capability to support clients with mobility or transfers
Availability for a minimum of 3 full days per week (15–20+ hours)
