What you’ll do:
Speak with beneficiaries via phone, email and in person
Process trust distribution applications with care and accuracy
Connect people to the right services and support
Provide admin support to our Trustee Services team
What you’ll bring:
2+ years customer service or contact centre experience
Confident, respectful communication style
Strong computer skills and attention to detail
Reliable, motivated and calm under pressure
A genuine desire to help others
