We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chef to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis. This is a long-term chance for someone who is reliable about their craft and wants to grow with a fast-paced, high-standard venue.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and execute high-quality dishes in line with Blackout’s menu and standards
Maintain consistency in presentation, taste, and portion control
Work efficiently during high-volume service periods
Assist in menu development and contribute creative ideas
Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness
Manage prep, stock rotation, and minimise wastage
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams

Requirements




Diploma in hospitality is mandatory
Minimum 2–3 years experience as a Chef
Strong understanding of flavour profiles, presentation, and kitchen operations
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Weekend availability is mandatory
Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term employment
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
