Casa Nova Shellharbour is looking for a reliable and experienced Cook to join our kitchen team. We are offering full time or part-time work for the right person, with flexible shifts available.

This role suits someone who enjoys working in a busy hospitality workplace, takes pride in food quality, and can work well as part of a team.

What you’ll do
Prepare and cook menu items to a consistent high standard.
Work efficiently during busy service periods.
Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen.
Assist with prep, stock rotation, and stock control.
Work closely with chefs, cooks, and front-of-house staff.
Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times.

What we’re looking for
Previous cook or kitchen experience in a restaurant, café, or similar venue.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.




Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable, punctual, and well presented.
Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: $26.44 – $34.96 per hour
