CC Global Plumbing is seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Labourer/Pipe Layer to join our team in Bendigo, Victoria. This is a full-time position supporting our civil construction projects, with a focus on underground pipeline installation and maintenance. You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality infrastructure to the local community.
What you'll be doing
Assisting with the installation and repair of underground water, sewage and drainage pipes
Performing general labouring tasks such as excavation, backfilling and compaction
Operating a range of light equipment and tools required for civil construction work
Maintaining a protected and organised work environment by following all health and safety protocols
Collaborating with the project team to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a civil labourer or pipe layer, ideally in the construction industry
Strong practical skills and the ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Commitment to safety and a proven track record of working safely on construction sites
Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks for extended periods
Earthmoving machinery experience preferred but not essential
