Bush Regeneration Field Crew — Full Time, North Lakes Depot

Full time bush regeneration crew — North Lakes depot. $34–$38/hr + super, and we’ll pay for your tickets.

Activeco restores and maintains bushland, wetlands and waterways right across South East Queensland.

We hold long-term contracts with Moreton Bay and Logan councils — which means our work is funded,

ongoing and secure, not project-to-project.

We’re putting on full-time crew at our North Lakes depot.

What we offer
$34–$38 per hour + super, paid weekly — above award and above most of our industry
Genuine full time hours on multi-year council contracts
Room to earn more. Take on more responsibility — leading a crew, running a site, machinery, quality

checks — and your rate moves with it. We’d rather promote you than advertise again
We pay for your tickets. ACDC/ChemCert, chainsaw, First Aid/CPR — if you don’t have it, we’ll fund it
Late-model Mitsubishi Triton fleet, quality gear, all PPE and uniforms supplied
Real variety — bush regeneration, wetlands and WSUD, revegetation,



fire access lines, waterbody

maintenance, erosion control
Small crews of 2–4. You’ll know everyone’s name
Hands-on training and mentoring from experienced regenerators

What you need
Current Australian driver’s licence and reliable transport to our North Lakes depot

Physically fit and genuinely happy working outdoors
Reliable, punctual, safety-minded and valuable to work alongside

Nice to have — but we’ll train you
Cert III Conservation & Land Management (Natural Area Restoration)
ACDC or ChemCert · Chainsaw ticket · First Aid/CPR
SEQ weed identification · 2-stroke maintenance · truck licence
Previous bush regen, landscaping, farming, greenkeeping or trades experience

Already ticketed and experienced? Say so in your application — experienced regenerators start at the top of the band, and we’ll talk about a supervisor pathway.
