The Black Toro is looking for a Casual Chef to join our team at our Glen Waverley venue.
If you’re after reliable weekend work, this role comes with secured shifts every Friday and Saturday night.
We’re a busy, vibrant restaurant serving contemporary Hispanic cuisine, so you’ll be working with bold flavours, quality ingredients, and a supportive kitchen crew.

What we’re looking for:
Previous experience as a chef or competant cook
Comfortable working in a quick-paced service
Valuable knife skills and attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Strong food safety and hygiene standards
Must be available Friday & Saturday evenings
Your role:
Preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard
Supporting service during busy periods
Maintaining a clean and organised workstation
Following food safety standards & procedures
Pay: $27.00 – $35.14 per hour
