Car Service Canberra is looking for a qualified and experienced Automotive Technician to join our friendly team at our Mitchell workshop.
This is a hands-on role carrying out high-quality servicing, diagnostics and mechanical repairs on a wide variety of vehicles. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent workmanship and outstanding customer service, with a solid focus on quality, reliability and safety.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include
General servicing and maintenance
Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults
Log book servicing
Road testing vehicles
Quality control and final vehicle inspections
Maintaining a clean and safe work workplace
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
A recognised automotive trade qualification
Experience servicing and repairing a wide range of vehicles
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
A current Australian driver's licence
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A positive attitude and solid work ethic
Desirable (but not essential)
The following qualifications or experience would be highly regarded:
Automotive Air Conditioning Licence and experience
NSW or ACT Roadworthy/Safety Inspection Licence
