Must Have Skills:
5+ years of experience in API Testing with robust expertise in REST, SOAP, and GraphQL services.
Proven experience in API functional, integration, regression, and negative testing, including authentication, authorization, and end-to-end validation.
Robust understanding of HTTP/HTTPS protocols, Swagger/OpenAPI specifications, and API test design and execution.
SQL and database validation skills, with experience troubleshooting complex integration and data-related issues.
Hands-on experience testing Microsoft Dynamics CRM / CSW applications and working within Assistance / Insurance domain environments.
Proficient in Azure DevOps for test management, defect tracking, reporting, and Agile delivery support.
