About the Role

As a Barista / Cafe All-Rounder, you will play an important role in creating a positive customer experience by providing friendly service and preparing high-quality food and beverages.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare consistently excellent coffee and beverages.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Assist with short-order cooking and sandwich preparation.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
Respond to customer enquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
Operate POS and EFTPOS systems and handle cash transactions.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient café operations.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:




At least 1 year of experience in a café, restaurant, or fast-food setting.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Barista experience and food preparation skills.
A current Food Safety Certificate.
Experience using POS, EFTPOS, and cash handling systems.
A reliable, positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High standards of personal presentation and professionalism.
Flexibility to work early mornings, afternoons, weekends, and public holidays.
