About You As our new Assistant Centre Manager you will:
Leadwith passion to deliver high-quality care through solid leadership and teamwork
Foster a nurturing environment that promotes children's independence and growth
Showcase strong organisation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Inspire your team to cultivate excellence in early education.
Build solid connections with families and the community.

What You’ll Bring:
Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an Assistant Centre Manager or similar leadership role within Early Childhood Education
Maintain a current Working with Children Check




Possess Australian working rights
Present yourself in a professional, warm and approachable manner
Build genuine relationships with families and the local community with confidence and curiosity
Lead by example, fostering a positive team culture and supporting the growth of those around you
Contribute to a team-first mindset and a team-oriented, high-performing environment
Be available to work Monday to Friday
