About the role An excellent chance to join a well established Chartered Accounting business with a diverse range of clients. Optima Partners is seeking experienced Accountants to join our growing team in Osborne Park.

As a full-time Accountant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality financial accounting, taxation and reporting services to our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing
Preparing and analysing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements.
Preparation tax returns for all types of entities (ie company, trust, partnership, individual).
Preparation of Business Activity Statements.
Working with management on matters regarding clients.
Liaising directly with clients on business and taxation matters

What we're looking for
Degree in Accounting or a related field
Experience in a professional accounting practice in Australia
Confident in building client relationships
Completed, commenced or intention to commence CA or CPA qualification would be highly regarded
Experience with the preparation of tax returns, business activity statements and financial statements, analysis and reporting




Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Well developed communication and interpersonal skills·
XERO Practice Manager and Workpaper experience would be highly regarded
Experience with at least two cloud and desktop accounting packages – eg XERO, MYOB, Intuit QBO etc would be advantageous
