We are looking for experienced Traffic Controllers to join our growing team on a casual basis. You will primarily support our internal crews across a variety of civil construction projects throughout Melbourne, helping to keep our workers, road users and members of the public safe.

This role would suit someone who is reliable, safety-focused and comfortable working as part of a busy operational team.

What you’ll be doing:
Implementing and monitoring Traffic Management Plans
Setting up, managing and removing temporary traffic control signage and devices
Directing traffic using stop-slow bats and other approved traffic control devices
Working closely with traffic personnel, construction crews and emergency services when required
Conducting site checks and monitoring traffic conditions to maintain safe and efficient traffic flow
Identifying and reporting hazards, incidents and near misses




Supporting our crews to ensure traffic management requirements are followed throughout each job

What we’re looking for:
At least six months’ traffic control experience
Current Traffic Controller accreditation, with TC2 and TMI2 highly regarded
A current Construction Induction Card (White Card)
A valid Victorian driver licence
First Aid and Spotter qualifications are highly regarded
A reliable, adaptable and safety-focused approach
Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
