We are seeking a Guest Services Sales Assistant to join our team in a customer-facing role across Admissions and Retail. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-focused workplace, enjoys supporting a team, and takes pride in delivering excellent guest experiences.
Availability Requirements
Applicants must be available to work 1 x Weekend Day each week, as part of their roster.
Preferred roster patterns include
Tuesday – Saturday, or
Sunday – Thursday
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service
Process ticket sales and retail transactions
Assist with guest enquiries in person, via phone and email
Support retail presentation and stock management
Assist with general guest services operations
