Job Description
* Welcome clients with warmth, professionalism, and confidence.
* Prepare clients for services, including shampooing, conditioning, and scalp treatments.
* Assist stylists with colouring, cutting, styling, blow-dries, and salon services.
* Maintain immaculate presentation of the salon, workstations, and equipment.
* Clean, sanitise, and organise tools in line with salon hygiene standards.
* Ensure clients enjoy a relaxing, luxury salon experience from arrival to departure.
* Attend and successfully complete all apprenticeship training requirements.
* Develop technical skills through hands-on learning and mentoring.
* Assist with salon retail and confidently recommend professional home-care products as your knowledge grows.
* Support the team with daily salon operations while contributing to a positive and collaborative culture.
