KUSCH is seeking a capable Structural Engineer to join our Melbourne team (CBD Office). This hands-on role involves delivering complex structural solutions, reviewing drawings, and supporting project delivery across Victoria with some interstate collaboration.
You’ll work directly with clients, own projects from concept to completion, and mentor junior staff while contributing to better design processes. A degree in Civil/Structural Engineering and 2+ years' Australian experience are expected.
