Role Overview
The Retail Products Assurance Manager is responsible for providing independent first-line assurance across the Retail Products Portfolio, ensuring customer, regulatory, operational, and risk obligations are effectively managed.
The role will support the Retail Products NFR&C; governance reporting process and partner with key stakeholders to support better customer outcomes, stronger risk management, and sustainable control environments.
What You Will Do
Produce meaningful action drive data insights into risk governance reporting, prepare/support inputs into high-quality assurance reports, assess the design and effectiveness of controls, and provide independent challenge to the effectiveness of risk management practices.

Requirements
Proficiency in risk forum reporting
Experience with risk assessment and risk profiling activities

Knowledge of APRA, ASIC, DDO, BCOP, and consumer protection regulatory requirements
