We are seeking suitably qualified and collaborative teachers to join our thriving Primary years team in part-time, full-time, and maternity leave roles.
The successful candidates will share our commitment to nurturing the academic, social, emotional, spiritual, and pastoral wellbeing of every student, creating engaging, challenging, and meaningful learning experiences informed by a Biblical worldview and aligned with our Great Learning, Well People framework.
The Role
In this role, you will:
Design and deliver engaging, inclusive, and differentiated learning experiences that respond to the needs of students.
Foster a safe, supportive, and Christ-centred learning environment through proactive classroom practices, effective behaviour support, and a genuine commitment to student wellbeing and pastoral care.
Demonstrate strong organisational and administrative capability.
Apply evidence-informed pedagogical expertise and a deep understanding of how students learn to maximise engagement, deepen understanding, and promote growth and achievement for every learner.
Model creativity, initiative, reflective practice, and a commitment to ongoing professional growth.
Provide regular, meaningful, and timely communication and feedback to students and families.
Contribute actively to the pastoral care of students, supporting their spiritual formation, character development, and sense of belonging within the school community.
Undertake other duties and responsibilities as reasonably directed by the Principal or their delegate.
About You
With a demonstrated ability to cultivate curiosity, engagement, and a genuine love of learning in students,



you will be passionate about integrating an authentic Biblical worldview into teaching and learning, contributing meaningfully to a Christ-centred community where students are encouraged to flourish academically, spiritually, socially, and emotionally.
In addition to holding current NESA accreditation and a valid Working with Children Check, the successful applicant will demonstrate:
A personal teaching philosophy that reflects a deep commitment to Christian education and student flourishing.
A clear and active Christian faith, demonstrated through regular involvement in a local church community.
A genuine passion for inspiring a love of learning.
A commitment to academic excellence and a strong understanding of relevant curriculum and syllabus requirements.
The ability to integrate Biblical truth and a Christian worldview authentically across all aspects of school life and learning.
A collaborative and relational approach, with a desire to contribute positively to a collegial and high-performing staff team.
A commitment to ongoing professional learning, reflective practice, and continuous improvement.
A strong commitment to child safety, professional responsibility, and adherence to school policies and procedures.
Well-developed ICT skills and the ability to utilise a range of digital technologies effectively in teaching and administration.




A willingness to actively support the school's pastoral care, wellbeing, discipleship, and community-building programs.
The capacity to build positive and supportive relationships with students and families, contributing to a culture where every child is known, valued, and cared for.
Appropriate teaching qualifications and the legal right to work in Australia.
Experience is desirable; however, enthusiastic and capable new graduates are encouraged to apply.
