About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Analyst (Services Consultant) to join our team, supporting customers through our help desk and support function.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customer queries and support tickets, helping troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and ensure customers are getting the most out of the Breeze platform.
You will work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and continuously improve the customer experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career to build practical experience across finance, systems, and customer support in a collaborative environment.
What You Will Be Doing
Monitor and manage incoming support tickets, ensuring timely and accurate responses
Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues related to financial data, reports, and system functionality
Assist customers in understanding how to use Breeze for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Work with internal teams (Customer, Product and Delivery) to resolve more complex issues
Validate financial data and outputs when investigating customer queries




Support system configuration updates and minor enhancements as required
Document common issues, solutions, and processes to improve support efficiency
Contribute to user guides, help articles, and training materials
Identify recurring issues and opportunities for system or process improvements
About You
You are a finance professional who enjoys problem-solving and working with both data and people.
You are comfortable digging into issues, asking questions, and working through solutions in a structured way.
You are proactive, reliable, and take pride in providing a high level of support to customers.
What You Will Bring
Understanding of financial concepts such as budgets, forecasts, and reporting
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Confidence working with Excel and financial data
Valuable communication skills and ability to explain concepts clearly
