About the Role
As aTrainee Restoration Technician, you will join our field team and learn the skills needed to build a career in the restoration industry.
Working alongside experienced technicians, you will assist with hands‐on work across water damage, fire remediation, equipment setup, site preparation and property restoration.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, wants to learn recent skills, and is looking for a stable career pathway.
With full training provided, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and progress into a qualified Restoration Technician, including fully funded training programs such as IICRC accreditation.
Key Responsibilities
Support restoration projects including water damage recovery, cleaning and remediation works
Assist technicians with site preparation, equipment setup and pack-down activities
Carry out general labouring, cleaning and property restoration tasks
Learn to operate restoration equipment and follow industry processes and procedures
Complete job documentation, checklists and site records accurately
Follow safe work practices and contribute to a positive team environment
About You
Previous experience in labouring, construction, cleaning, facilities or similar hands‐on roles preferred
Confidence using power tools
White Card and driver's licence required
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
A reliable and motivated attitude with a willingness to learn new skills
Physically fit and comfortable working in different environments and conditions
