About You
Located in or near Geebung
Prior experience within the Distribution & Logistics Industry is highly desirable
Experience using Microsoft Office is essential
Experience using SAP is highly regarded
Ability to work full-time from the Geebung site (Mon–Fri, 6am–3pm)

Valid Police Check
Valid forklift licence(essential)
HR licence (advantage)

About the Role
As aCustomer Service Operator – Forklift Driver, you will contribute to daily trade store operations, customer interactions, and warehouse tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Hand unloading plasterboard as an offsider
Serving customers in person and over the phone
Picking and packing daily orders
Checking and preparing regular orders
Receiving goods and checking paperwork with accuracy
Loading and unloading customer vehicles
Maintaining equipment and reporting faults
Recording and reporting customer complaints through internal procedures
Assisting with stocktake and inventory counts
General warehouse duties and housekeeping
