About Our Client
Our client is a major player in the production of large precast concrete products used in bridges, highways, and underground water systems.
They're expanding their team and are chasing hands-on production workers to join their Casting crew based out of their Swanbank factory.
What You Will Be Doing:
Working Monday – Friday 4:00am -12:00PM OR 5:00AM 1:00PM (OT available) you will be working in a precast workplace, within the 'Casting' team.
Core duties include;
Manufacture high-quality precast concrete products including pipes, pits, culverts, headwalls and drainage components
Set up, assemble and strip moulds, install reinforcing steel and cast, vibrate and finish concrete
Operate overhead cranes, forklifts and other production equipment (where licensed)



to safely move moulds, reinforcement and finished precast products throughout the yard
What You Will Need:
Forklift ticket + experience operating
Gantry experience (Highly Desirable)
Previous experience in a concreting or precast based roles (min 12 months)
Physically fit – this is labour-intensive work
Good attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
Able to pass a pre-employment medical & Drug and Alcohol screen
