Our client is one of Australia's most recognised enterprises, with a large and complex technology workplace.
They have an immediate need for a Technical Analyst - Integration, based in Melbourne's north-west, on a hybrid 6-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension.
A dedicated integration analysis role - not a build role, and not a one-off project.
You will work across a continuous pipeline of integration work, leading requirements elicitation with business and technical stakeholders, defining end-to-end data flows, producing source-to-target mappings, validating API specifications, and supporting SIT/UAT through to defect resolution.
The artefacts you produce go directly to the developer; you define what gets built.
What you'll need to succeed;
5-6 years hands-on experience in integration technologies specifically - depth in this stack, not a broad or mixed IT background
Postman - personally used to test and validate APIs (not just observed)
JSON/XML schemas - validated and interpreted hands-on
REST/SOAP APIs - can explain methods including POST and describe specific usage
OpenAPI/Swagger - used to define or validate specifications
Source-to-target mapping and data transformation logic
SIT/UAT - defect logging, integration testing
Azure Logic Apps or MuleSoft (advantageous)
SQL or data querying capability (advantageous)
