We're looking for a proactive Logistics Scheduler & Administrator to join our growing team.
This is a key role within our business, responsible for coordinating customer deliveries, supporting our sales team, and ensuring our logistics operations run efficiently every day.

About the Role
As our Logistics Scheduler & Administrator, you'll be the central point of communication between customers, drivers, sales staff, and operations.
You'll coordinate daily delivery schedules, manage administration, and help ensure our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate daily customer deliveries to maximise fleet efficiency.
Communicate with customers, drivers, and sales staff regarding delivery times, changes, and updates.
Process customer orders, delivery dockets, invoices, and related documentation.
Maintain accurate customer pricing, freight rates, and project records.
Monitor delivery schedules and assist with resolving scheduling conflicts.
Coordinate bookings for construction site deliveries and customer requirements.
Prepare daily operational and delivery reports.
Support the Sales & Development Manager with customer service and account administration.
Assist with supplier pricing updates, delivery reconciliations,
and general branch administration.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Provide outstanding customer service to both trade and retail customers.
About You
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
An excellent communicator who enjoys working with people.
Able to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Customer-focused with a positive, can-do attitude.
Confident using computer systems and data entry.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Professional, reliable, and committed to delivering quality service.
Preferred Experience
Previous experience in logistics, scheduling, transport coordination, customer service, or administration.
Experience within the building, construction, transport, or landscaping industry is highly regarded.
Experience using ERP systems (Oracle or Command is advantageous but not essential).
