IMMEDIATE START -working Monday and Tuesday - ***** hrs a week from 6am to 1pm.
We are seeking an experienced and talented Chef/Cook to join our vibrant team at Hand of Fatima Cafe in Peregian Beach, QLD.
You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a unique breakfast/brunch experience on the Sunshine Coast.
Our menu changes every season with 5 items on the menu.
Please only apply if you are currently living on Sunshine Coast.
What you'll be doing
Prepare and cook a variety of menu items to our high standards
Ensure food is presented in an appetising and visually appealing manner
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
Manage inventory and ordering of supplies for food items
Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer service
Adhere to all health and safety regulations
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef/Cook in a similar breakfast cafe (must be able to poach eggs)
Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment




Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Good communication and teamwork skills
Food Safety Supervisor certification or willingness to obtain
Must have the right to work in Australia
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery preferred or relevant culinary qualifications
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
