About The Role
The Senior Advisor, Frameworks & Governance supports the design, operationalisation and ongoing effectiveness of governance frameworks that enable robust first-line risk maturity across Motor Claims Customers (MCC).
The role is accountable for translating governance intent into practical, usable operating practices, ensuring frameworks such as Knowledge Governance, WalkMe, Delegations of Authority, Business Resilience (CPS 230), and Data Governance are embedded, maintained, evidenced, and continuously improved.
This crucial role also involves working closely with the Frameworks & Governance Manager, Business Leaders, First Line Leaders, Risk Partners and Compliance, the role helps ensure MCC teams can execute safely, consistently and compliantly at scale, while delivering positive customer outcomes.
What You'll Do
Support the design, documentation, implementation and maintenance of MCC governance frameworks, ensuring they are practical, current, understood and evidenced in BAU
Translate policy, regulatory and risk requirements into clear guidance, artefacts, controls and operating practices for business teams
Perform and support first-line governance controls (e.g. Knowledge Governance, Delegations of Authority, WalkMe process controls), including monitoring adherence, identifying exceptions and supporting remediation
Assist with control testing, evidence collection and uplift activity to maintain control health and maturity
Support the governance of Knowledge as a preventative control, ensuring content quality, currency, structure and lifecycle standards are maintained
Partner with SMEs and business teams to uplift clarity, usability and consistency of procedural content.
What You'll Bring
Minimum 2 years in insurance claims and / or financial services experience (Desired)
Knowledge and / or experience in Motor Claims (Desired)
Ability to analyse information, identify key issues and develop in depth actionable insights to drive performance improvement
Adaptable and responsive to a fast-paced operating environment within a continuously changing landscape
Advanced Communication – confidently influences outcomes by translating complex concepts into clear, compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences.
