Our valued client, located in Brendale, is a leading manufacturer and supplier of rigid plastic packaging and container solutions.
The site plays a key role in producing high-quality packaging for the food, beverage, and industrial manufacturing sectors.
We are currently seeking experienced Machine Technicians to join their production team on a rotating Day, Afternoon, and Night Shift roster.

Shift Rotation & Pay Rates
1 week Day Shift - 6am - 2pm
1 week Afternoon Shift - 2pm - 10pm
1 week Night Shift - 10pm - 6am
Pay Rates
Day Shift: $***** per hour
Afternoon Shift: $***** per hour
Night Shift: $***** per hour
Afternoon and Night Shifts are paid at the same rate.
About the Role
As a Machine Technician, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
You will work closely with the Production Coordinator and Team Leaders while contributing to a safe and productive manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate production machinery in accordance with production schedules and quality standards.
Follow all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) procedures, including Take 5 and Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO).
Report all hazards, near misses, and incidents immediately.
Operate and monitor blow moulding machines, material handling systems, and automated packaging equipment.
Carry out minor machine adjustments and assist with maintenance activities and mould changes.
Maintain product quality while achieving production targets.
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, productivity, quality, and equipment reliability.
Work effectively both independently and within a team workplace.
About You
Experience operating blow moulding machinery or similar manufacturing equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude (a trade qualification is advantageous).
Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is highly regarded.
A strong commitment to workplace safety and quality.
Good communication skills and a reliable work ethic.
Essential Requirements
Full Australian working rights.
Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
Ability to attend a meet-and-greet/interview on-site with the client prior to commencement.
