We're partnering with a tier 3 commercial fit-out contractor to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their team.
Specialising in high-quality retail projects across Victoria, this business has built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional outcomes for some of Australia's leading retail brands.
With a healthy pipeline of secured work, they're looking for a hands-on Site Manager who thrives in fast-paced retail environments.
You'll be responsible for managing projects from site establishment through to handover, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site operations across retail fit-out projects.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site labour.
Drive project programmes to ensure key milestones are achieved.
Maintain high standards of quality, safety and compliance.
Liaise with clients,



consultants and the internal project team.
Complete site documentation, reporting and project handovers.
About You
Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering retail fit-out projects.
Strong understanding of commercial construction methodologies.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors in live and rapid-paced environments.
Trade qualification preferred.
White Card and relevant site qualifications.
