What you will do
As scheduling officer, you will coordinate telecourt, education and program bookings at Dame Phyllis Frost Centre.
You will help keep daily services running smoothly by providingaccuratescheduling and administrative support.
You will:
coordinatetimelytelecourt appearances, education sessions and program appointments
manage video conference bookings, update databases and maintainaccuraterecords
provideclearscheduling advice and basic support for video conferencing bookings
communicate with prison staff, courts, legal professionals and education providers to keep schedules up to date
monitor bookings, resolve scheduling conflicts and use prison resourcesefficientlywhile following departmental requirements.
About you
No mandatory qualifications are required for this role.
You should be confident working in a busy environment and available to work between 7.00 am and 7.00 pm, Monday to Friday, as operational needs require.
You should also have:
strongscheduling and organisational skills
accuraterecord keeping and database management skills
soundproblem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
professionalcommunication skills with a focus on teamwork and customer service.
