Essential Criteria

/n

/n
Certified Salesforce Administrator with a minimum of 4 years experience within Salesforce eco-system.

/n
Salesforce product knowledge, and a strong understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules).

/n
Experience working in a Salesforce application or setting support role

/n
Experience in Data Loader, Service Cloud, and troubleshooting Salesforce issues and work with internal parties and vendor partners to resolve them

/n
Hands-on experience in managing Salesforce related CI/CD processes using Git Lab or a similar tool.

/n
Excellent communications and negotiation skills, ability to manage competing priorities,



and proficiency in aligning multiple stakeholders for effective collaboration

/n/n

Desirable Criteria

/n

/n
ITIL Foundation Certification and experience.

/n
Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.

/n
Solid understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies.

/n
Comfortable with current ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.
