Job Description
Lead delivery of a timesheet system upgrade (Workday & Dayforce).
Oversee Agile delivery cycles - sprints, ceremonies, backlog prioritisation.
Partner with stakeholders across HR, IT, and Finance.
Coordinate with Dev Ops and technical teams for deployment and integration.
Deliver to scope, timeframes, and quality expectations.
Manage risk, issues, and dependencies proactively.
Provide clear governance and project reporting.
Embed Agile and Dev Ops practices within the project team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
Proven track record as a Senior Project Manager in complex projects.
Robust Agile delivery expertise with sprint management experience.
Background in HRIS, payroll,



or workforce systems (Workday/Dayforce preferred).
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across business and technical areas.
Skilled in driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
Confident communicator and collaborative leader.
Able to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in complex organisations.
Experience in large public or enterprise environments advantageous.
