About the Company
Snap Talent International is partnering with aconfidential client– a well-established Australian digital business with an in-house product and technology function that has become central to how the company grows.

About The Role
We are searching for aDigital Production Managerto bring rhythm and structure to how that work ships.
Reporting to the Head of Product & Technology, you will run delivery across several concurrent streams – internal tooling, dashboards and customer-facing applications.

You will own the plan, the sequence and the communication around it, and you will be the reason things land on time.
This is a delivery-heavy, hands-on role rather than a purely strategic one.

Plan, prioritise and manage digital production projects across multiple concurrent streams
Translate product briefs and business needs into structured plans with clear milestones and named owners
Collaborate with developers, designers and business stakeholders to manage timelines and scope
Run daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives

Ensure delivered features are tested, approved and documented before release
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and disciplined agile delivery

Three to five years in digital production, digital project management or a closely related delivery role
Strong working knowledge of Agile and Scrum in a digital workplace

Enough technical literacy to hold a credible conversation with developers and understand scope implications
Experience in a digital agency, martech or SaaS product environment
Degree in Digital Media, IT, Project Management or equivalent practical experience
Benefits & Culture
This is a team that ships.

Office-based on Sydney's lower North Shore
Work across AI tooling, reporting platforms and customer-facing applications
