Your Role
As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll be responsible for creating an outstanding experience while ensuring our workshop operates at maximum efficiency.
You'll:
Build strong relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service from enquiry to vehicle collection
Convert enquiries into bookings and maximise sales opportunities
Recommend tyres, servicing, brakes,



suspension, alignments, and preventative maintenance solutions
Identify additional repair opportunities in collaboration with our technicians
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process with clear and professional communication
Schedule bookings to maximise workshop productivity and efficiency
Prepare accurate quotes using Burson and Repco systems
Process invoices, payments, and customer records accurately
Help create a positive, energetic, and results-driven team culture
Maintain high safety and operational standards
What You'll Bring
Experience as a Service Advisor, Automotive Sales Consultant, or within workshop operations
Solid automotive and tyre knowledge
Experience usingBurson and Repco quoting systems(essential)
Certificate III in Light Vehicle Automotive (preferred)
A genuine passion for customer service and sales
Confidence identifying opportunities and recommending solutions
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational and computer skills
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Availability to work Saturdays
