We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team.

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality care plans and assessments, provide comprehensive nursing care to elderly residents according to established nursing standards and practices.
Ensure protected medication administration, best practice wound care and clinical support for our residents, in line with resident needs and legislative requirements.
Support health promotion and aid in illness prevention through educational activities and wellness initiatives.
Provide clear explanations and information to residents and their families regarding treatment options and care.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and team members to coordinate resident care.
Supervise and manage a care team to deliver the highest quality, person-first,



care to our residents.
Engage in handovers with the Care Team to ensure continuity of care across shifts.
Adhere to all relevant legislative requirements and quality guidelines skills and experience
Work night shifts only as required by the roster and operational needs.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:
CurrentAHPRA registrationas a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
Bachelor degree or higher qualification
Minimum1 year of experiencein aged care or a similar healthcare setting
Strong clinical knowledge and evidence-based nursing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, resident-focused approach
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to continuous professional development and high standards of care
You must be An Australian Citizen or Permanent Residents to apply
A current National Police Check is required for this position
