Our agency is recruiting a Senior Systems Engineer for a leading organisation in the defence sector.
You will lead system-level integration, verification and validation activities across a large and complex engineering workplace.
Key responsibilities
Develop V&V; plans, compliance matrices, test plans and procedures.
Lead the planning and execution of system verification and validation activities.
Review requirements for traceability and testability.
Coordinate system and subsystem integration and testing activities.
Analyse results, manage defects and oversee regression testing.
Work closely with customers and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other engineers.
About you
Extensive systems integration, verification and validation experience.
Strong systems engineering and requirements-management knowledge.
Defence experience, ideally across Command and Control, ISR or related systems.
Knowledge of MBSE and tools such as DOORS, Rhapsody or ETM.
Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
Current NV1 clearance and ability to meet applicable ITAR requirements.
