Job Description
Blue Sky Transport As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a key role in improving the efficiency and performance of our transport and logistics operations.
Working closely with management and operational teams, you will analyse supply chain processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve customer service.

Task & responsibilities
Analyse supply chain and logistics operations to identify opportunities for greater efficiency, cost savings and service improvements.
Develop and implement strategies to optimise inventory management, transport planning and distribution processes.
Evaluate current business systems, operational workflows and organisational capabilities to improve overall supply chain performance.
Provide recommendations to management based on data analysis and operational insights to support informed business decisions.
Design and improve business processes, reporting frameworks and performance measures.
Assist with implementing approved process improvements and change management initiatives.
Monitor supply chain performance, identify risks and recommend practical solutions to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with operations, customer service,



finance and external suppliers to ensure efficient end-to-end supply chain management.
Coach and support operational teams in adopting improved systems, procedures and best practices.
Prepare analytical reports, forecasts and recommendations for senior management.
Qualification & experience
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Minimum one/two years' relevant experience in a Supply Chain Analyst or similar analytical role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
Experience with supply chain optimisation, process improvement and change management.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with ERP or Transport Management Systems.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and report-writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment.
