ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Experience Representative to join our team.
You'll play an important role in supporting our customers, delivering efficient and helpful service in a fast-paced environment.
To succeed, you'll bring strong communication skills, attention to detail and a genuine passion for creating great customer experiences.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of customer service experience
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email,



and chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
Provide product and service information to customers
Process orders, returns, and exchanges
Maintain accurate customer records and update customer information as needed
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures
